Your expertise will directly impact patient safety and product quality, encouraging innovation and excellence.A Day in the Life:Develop and implement contamination control strategies for the siteCoordinate Environmental Monitoring systems and drive improvementsCollaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelinesKeys to Success:Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven track record to drive compliance, project delivery and influencing cross functional improvements.Strong collaboration with quality control, production and engineering teamsActive participation in the global organisation, contributing to and leveraging best practices across the networkEducation:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.An Advanced degree in Microbiology or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.Experience:Extensive experience in microbiology and contamination controlProven track record in regulatory inspectionsExperience in biomanufacturing processesKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:In-depth knowledge of contamination control requirementsStrong understanding of regulatory guidelinesExcellent communication and leadership skillsPhysical Requirements / Work Environment:This role involves working in an office setting. Inspections of the manufacturing and laboratory environment are a requirement for this role.
