You will drive technical excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction within your market sector, while nurturing a culture of continuous growth and development within the team.We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with the opportunity to work from our Perth office and remotely for ~2-3 days per week, as desired.What you'll doScope and lead projects with a range of complexity and scaleConduct technical quality reviews and provide sign-offAct as a mentor and coach to help develop the technical capabilities within the teamDrive market share growth for our Contaminated Land and Water business within the Mining, Transport & Infrastructure or Oil & Gas sectorPersonally develop and manage client relationships, and oversee pursuit prioritisationOversee of marketing, communications, and client engagement activities that align with growth initiatives, sector strategies and strategic pursuitsLead and foster a continually improving safety cultureDrive collaboration across all Environmental disciplines with WSP in WA, Australia and across our global Contaminated Land and Water professional networkAbout youYou will have deep experience in providing technical leadership and strategic advice to clients while leading multiple high profile contaminated sites projects, with typically 10+ years' experience overseeing field programs, with a focus on the Mining, Transport & Infrastructure or Oil & Gas sector.In addition, you bring the following experience and attributes:Exceptional understanding of the structure and application of the WA contaminated land regulatory frameworkExperience in leading subcontractors on multiple sites in both assessment and remediation activitiesCompetent in identifying and managing risk on substantial projectsExperience in managing, tracking and meeting client funding and related targetsProven ability in building the client-centricity capability of others and transferring expertise within an organisationExperience in developing and implementing major/strategic client relationship plansExperience in a formal leadership role, ideally at an executive levelCompelling leadership style with the ability to inspire, motivate, encourage and influence others through a socially impactful styleAbout WSPWSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 15 offices in Australia.
