The Contact Center Specialist at WellCare Health Plans is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to members and providers. This position is open for remote work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU on a part-time basis at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities:1. Manage incoming calls and emails from members and providers regarding health benefits, claims, and inquiries.2. Provide accurate and timely information on WellCare Health Plans' products and services.3. Effectively resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.4. Educate members and providers on available resources and tools to enhance their experience with WellCare Health Plans.5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and service quality.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide informed assistance to customers.8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping others.3. Strong people management and communication skills.4. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve efficiently.5. Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple software systems.6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
