Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

S&P Global is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner- Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service processes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Confident and hardworking individual who excels in a fast-paced environment- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
