Contact Center Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is seeking a motivated and experienced Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate-level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently- Provide accurate information about products and services- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner- Document all customer interactions in the system- Proactively identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members- Meet and exceed established performance metrics and goals- Continuously uphold and promote the company's brand image

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Resourceful and reliable personality traits- Strong cooperation and persuasion skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
