Your Impact Asahi Beverages is currently looking to hire a highly motivated, best in class Consumer Relations Representative to join our team in Tullamarine. You will be responsible for providing consistent, timely, and professional responses to consumer contacts made via phone, email, social media, and mail.
You will be required to take ownership and responsibility for the satisfactory resolution of consumer contacts and ensure that they are in accordance with Asahi Beverages policy and processes.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract role.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end cross functional ticket management process from initial enquiry to resolution for our consumers.Identifying and escalating enquiries that pose significant business risk.Being the subject matter expert across the alcohol and non-alcohol landscape, portfolio of brands, and product offerings to provide appropriate resolution of all incidents, in a timely manner.Complete all required tagging and reporting on consumer contacts and sentiment.Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About You You are a customer service expert, seeking a rewarding and impactful career that continuously challenges you. High level of interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.Adept at conflict resolution.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
