The Metro South, Clinical Governance, Risk and Legal are looking for a Permanent Full Time Consumer Liaison Advisor – Senior to join their team. The MSH Clinical Governance team works collaboratively with executives, senior managers, clinical/non-clinical staff and consumers to ensure that MSH has an effective, coordinated, organisation-wide approach to quality improvement, clinical effectiveness, healthcare standards, patient safety, patient experience and consumer liaison services.Metro South Video Link

About the Role Manage an allocated workload to deliver Consumer Liaison/Consumer Partnering services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff.Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students and external agencies to achieve a client centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.Continually develop clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
