Northpark Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our consulting suites team on a full/part time basis. Northpark provides a wide range of surgical and medical services including a dedicated mental health unit, maternity services and a dedicated early parenting unit.Northpark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport and onsite parking is available. As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: Perform a broad range of administration duties including: Answer and redirect calls Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records Coordinate with staff from other departments Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail Able to work autonomously Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Why Healthscope?
