Align with core business values to provide realistic tree management advice to achieve professional and cost-effective outcomes. What do you do? Advise, consult, maintain and audit tree health. Ensure all customers have a high standard of service and are kept in constant communication with ongoing projects.Document all activities efficiently and with 100% accuracy for future reference and feedback purposes. Ensure high standards of safety are held high and identify opportunities for improvement and development. Correctly use job management software systems to help provide best-case outcomes as well as transparency to relevant parties internally. What do you need?Level 5 Arborist certification or higher.Minimum 5 years experience at an operational level in the arborist industry or higher. Strong knowledge of plant maintenance and usage in Arboricultural practises. Strong attention to detail and a great ability to liaise with customers, clients as well as internal team members and the general public. Full Drivers License, White Card and Senior First Aid.
