Urbis, Shaping futures your way! The Opportunity: We are looking for a passionate, proactive consultant to join our Transport Advisory team in Brisbane!
You will have a good understanding of traffic engineering in the context or urban and regional transport systems and an ability to provide advice and insights relating to land use/ transport, different transport modes, and assessments of transport demand and forecasting.
This role will work closely and be supported by experienced Director of Transport Advisory.
You will: Provide a range of services including advice relating to transport planning for all modes, travel demand forecasting and impacts of transport systems, master plans, land use/transport interaction and traffic impacts of developments.Draft reporting, proposals and advice for clientsDemonstrate excellent communication skills by responding quickly to internal and external clients in a clear, concise and transparent mannerProvide input into draft proposals, tenders and submissions for projectsContribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and Planning's Business PlanAbout you: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning , Urban & Regional Planning, or a related discipline.Experience working in traffic engineering or transport planning teams.Minimum 1+ years relevant experience.Why Urbis?
