Work closely with Members to conduct investigations and resolve missing entitlement queries in compliance with relevant legislation, guidelines and business policies and procedures.
As a Service Investigations Consultant, you play a crucial role in upholding our vision and mission. By conducting thorough investigations and resolving missing entitlement queries, you ensure timely and positive outcomes that meet our members' needs. Your work adheres to all relevant legislation, guidelines, and business policies. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with both members and employers to address and resolve missing service issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve missing service requests working towards outcomes in accordance with legislative requirementsIdentify, address, and resolve case related issues and complaintsDrive continuous process and capability improvementManage daily administrative tasks to support the service investigation case management processDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills Required: Proven experience working within a problem-solving role requiring critical thinking and clear decision makingDemonstrated attention to detailAbility to interpret and enforce legislative compliance in a communicative, transparent and patient manner prioritising your customers/membersExperience managing and prioritising caseloads, or workflow in a deadline driven environmentSuperior stakeholder management and relationship building strengthsExposure and experience processing complex information ideally in a legislative or regulatory environmentOutstanding time management and ability to work with urgency and accuracySharp verbal, listening and written communicationNow is the time to join LeavePlus, as we embark on the transformational process to become the leading digital regulator and administrator of an employee entitlement scheme.
