The Opportunity
You will be responsible for providing high quality support services in construction claims, litigation support, commercial or contractual advisory services to HKA and its clients.
You will be part of our quantum assessment and contract management team.
You will be accountable for leading and delivering a commission ensuring commercial and quality outcomes, whilst strengthening client relationships.
As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome quantum professionals at various levels to our Perth office.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
Construction industry experience in cost, quantum, expert, and claims assessment matters.
Must possess extensive experience working on claims, claims management and cost analysis.
Preferably experience working on international projects (including APAC, and Middle East).
Demonstrable experience in using quantum analysis principles and in prolongation, disruption and general costs claims as part of claims submission process.
Whilst being a team player, you must also demonstrate an ability to lead delivery initiatives and manage clients in the course of undertaking commissions.
Demonstrable experience working independently.
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related fields.
