Consultant Radiologist

Vacancy exists for an AON or FRANZCR qualified Radiologist to join our team at Goulburn Valley Health in Shepparton (Victoria).
We are a group of 17 Radiologists and Nuclear Medicine Physicians providing services to Ballarat Health Service, Grampians BreastScreen, Goulburn Valley Health, and through our comprehensive private outpatient clinics in Bendigo (High Street Xray) and Ballarat (Sovereign Radiology).
Our clinically focused team is unmatched in regional Victoria for its range of sub-specialist skills, and we are passionate about bringing the best possible care to regional Victorian communities.
The Goulburn Valley Health facility is fitted out with state of the art equipment and offers a comprehensive array of modalities including 3T MRI, low dose CT scanning, SPECT/CT Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, DR, Mammography, BMD and Interventional Radiology.
The hospital is currently under redevelopment following a $200m funding injection, expanding medical imaging services, as well as extending the Emergency Department, and the addition of 2 new wards and 3 operating theatres, only part of the upgrades due for completion in the coming months.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in a stimulating mix of public hospital and private outpatient work, with visits to our sister clinics in Bendigo and Ballarat also available.
