About the role
Our client is a leading consultancy specializing in built environment assessments. They are dedicated to enhancing the safety, sustainability, and quality of indoor spaces. As a consultant you will focus on conducting built environment assessments and audits within various areas such as:
Air testing - indoor.
Infection control - healthcare.
Mould investigations.
Site testing for building rating schemes (Nabers, Greenstar, Well).
Water testing.
Chemical management and auditing.
Hazardous materials auditing (inc asbestos), synthetic mineral fibres, lead and PCB's.
Clandestine lab investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys and inspections within the built environment.
Manage and execute pollutant sampling projects in line with relevant standards and guidance documents.
Write detailed technical reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
About You:
Understanding of the built environment and its complexities.
Experience in field sampling and interpreting results.
Competency in using instrumentation and testing equipment.
Strong technical skills with a critical thinking mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) practices.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Current driver's license.
