About you: As an Accounting Software Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the implementation, customization, and optimization of our accounting software. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions. You will work closely with clients to address their accounting challenges and ensure that our software meets their business requirements effectively. KPI's for this role will be around utilization, revenue and e NPS. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Day-to-day, you will focus on: Client Consultation: Conducting needs assessments Provide expert advice on product features and functionality Develop & deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations to existing and potential clients Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation process – from installation, configuration & integration with existing systems Customize software solutions, reporting requirements & regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams to address any technical issues & ensure successful deployment Training & Support: Develop & deliver training sessions for clients Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting to resolve any issues post implementation Create & maintain comprehensive documentation – user guides and FAQs Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of and adherence to project milestones Coordinate with cross-functional teams, developers, product managers and support staff Your skills and experiences might also include: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field Experience as an accounting software consultant with a strong understanding of accounting principles & software applications preferred Familiarity with popular accounting software platforms – such as Quick Books, Sage, Xero ERP systems Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills What are we all about?
