The Human Resources Department at Logan Hospital has an exciting opportunity for Permanent Part Time and Temporary Full Time Consultants to join their Team. These positions will contribute to the effective delivery of professional workforce services to management and staff at Logan and Beaudesert Health Service. Human Resources includes industrial/employee relations including human resource matters, recruitment and selection and award entitlement information, occupational health and safety and organisational development.

About the Role Provide a high-level advisory service to line managers, staff and the Logan Beaudesert Health Service on a broad range of workforce issues in a complex and diverse environment.Ensure Human Resource practices, procedures and policies meet contemporary public sector requirements by regularly reviewing their efficiency and effectiveness and contributing to their development, promotion, implementation and interpretation as they relate to employment within Logan and Beaudesert Health Service and Metro South.Effectively manage cases in key areas such as performance management, grievance and discipline management, health management, industrial relations, recruitment and retention, workforce diversity and change management.Maintain and lead specific workforce portfolios as allocated by the Principal Consultant and Senior Director, Human Resources.Implement organisational change initiatives as identified by Logan Beaudesert Health Service Executive and directed by the Senior Director, Human Resources.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
