About your role

Fulfill the role of the employer for Randstad temp and permanent workers
Accompany the Randstad temp and permanent workers in the daily operation
Execute performance reviews and evaluations with the client
Develop career opportunities for Randstad temp workers
client management
Develop a long-lasting relationship with the client (s)
Cooperate with line managers in increasing the knowledge of the needs of our clients and adjust our services to it
Develop and maintain Senior Stakeholder relationships onsite
Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extending our network within the client
Participate in planning meetings
business developmemt
Selling our services to both new and existing clients
Particpate in sales presentations and negotiation of terms of business
Increasing market share into clients through relationship building and quality service
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
Recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
Emphasis on quality recruitment delivery
Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
You like working closely with your team as well as independently
Experience hitting KPI's
