In this Consultant role, you will: Support and operate the deferred variable reward processes within NAB's policies, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.Undertake activities to support Executive Reward in the delivery of the Colleague Strategy.Participate in the day-to-day delivery of NAB's deferred variable reward plans (share plans and deferred cash).Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure data for deferred variable reward is managed accordingly.Participate in the project delivery of all relevant share plan cyclical activities i.e.
dividends, YESO, ESS tax reporting, sell-to-cover etc.Work with other members of the Executive Reward team to identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing processes.Participate in the implementation of Workday to ensure an effective solution.Adhere to all controls and obligations required to successfully deliver on all deferred variable reward plans.Promote a service delivery and process improvement mindset within the team.What you will bring: Experience with dealing with an external Share Plan Administrator and their associated systems.Experience in the participation of large annual cyclical reward activities i.e.
performance management, remuneration reviews etc.Strong analytical, critical thinking and project management skills with a solution driven mindset.Previous experience in broad based reward and executive reward management.Demonstrated experience in process optimization and leading/consulting on change management in a medium/large organization.Join NAB If you think this role is the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
