Based in Mildura, this role will include opportunities to work locally, as well as on exciting projects across Australia, depending on how much you love to travel and work in diverse locations. Based on your work-life balance desires, flexible working conditions can be negotiated.
You will get out in the field often, assessing natural values and creating solutions to ensure sustainable and practical outcomes. This role has a healthy mix of being out in nature and enjoying the friendly atmosphere of the Mildura office.

Who are we looking for? Pinion Advisory is looking for a client focused, commercially oriented consultant, with a strong environmental background.
Examples of the technical environmental skill sets we are looking for include:
Native vegetation, soil and landscape impact assessments.Feral animal monitoring and management plan development.Contaminated site assessment.Environmental monitoring.Environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy development.Greenhouse gas emissions management.Climate resilience strategies.Recycled water, biosolids, composting and management of other organic waste streams.For success in this role, you will require:
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. environmental, earth or natural resource science, ecology, soils, hydrogeology etc).Excellent communication and technical writing skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office suite.Good knowledge of general workplace health and safety requirements, risk assessment and risk management.Excellent interpersonal skills with a keenness and ability to manage existing clients, build new client relationships and work within a team environment.Ability to work autonomously, as well as working with colleagues based locally and working in our other locations.A current driver's licence.What do we offer?
