This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.The role:The purpose of this role is to increase digital engagement and deepen customer relationships through targeted and personalised digital notifications by working with the cross-functional delivery team to execute on notifications.The role and day-to-day will include :Lead the identification, scoping, shaping and prioritising of key digital notifications use cases across Servicing, Sales, Satisfaction and Safety focus areas.Lead and contribute to broader Digital Engagement business priorities.Execute prioritised Domain-funded digital notifications, ensuring clarity on RACI and surface issues and support initiative owners to resolve.Delivery of business outcomes using Agile Ways of Working in collaboration with the value chain (e.g., Technology, Marketing, Enterprise Data and POs etc)Track the engagement and benefits of delivered notifications for benefits realisation and reporting.Ensure strong engagement with Enterprise Data, Customer Decisioning & Data Science, Product Domains and Marketing to deliver outcomes and enable efficiencies across the program.Develop and manage communications & engagement strategy to effectively communicate change and awareness of Digital Notifications value proposition to the organisation.Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures; and escalate events, issues or breachesWhat you will bring:5+ years' digital/delivery experience or driving digital outcomes.Experience with Agile Ways of Working within product or project management roles.Demonstrated initiative to drive delivery with a focus on outcomes.Sound technology and data understanding with the ability to interpret insights into actions.
