In this Consultant, Compliance Communications role, you will
Shape, plan and deliver compliance and regulatory communications to customers alongside stakeholders across the enterprise.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle of project work; being responsible for the content, development and delivery of customer compliance and regulatory communications - taking accountability for progress, budget and solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.
Partner with appropriate teams to execute communications e.g. legal, analytic and channel personalisation teams.
Consistently show relevant risk awareness from a variety of perspectives, applying this to your individual work and processes.
What you'll bring
Prior experience in Communications of at least 3 years in delivering end to end multichannel (DM, SMS, email, online) campaigns, within a banking/finance environment preferred.
Outstanding communication both written and verbal, can confidently tailor their communication for different audiences with a strong control of tone and style.
Proven ability to navigate through the campaign lifecycle, proficiently managing the operating rhythm and sequencing of tasks throughout the project.
Confidence in handling ambiguity appropriately whether by seeking clarification or working with the available information and your business knowledge.
Creative problem solving, able to find innovative and unconventional solutions through their expertise and navigate their way through obstacles with confidence.
Highly developed stakeholder management skills, is relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
