Apply your passion for strategy and execution and refine your skills in a fast paced and challenging environment Help lead the forefront of our customer obsessed culture that consistently delivers the best for our clients and communities Support a cohesive and aligned culture across the enterprise that reflects our values In this Consultant, Colleague Strategy Execution role, you will help to: Support the delivery and execution of Colleague Strategy across leadership, culture and talent; scoping individual priorities and tailored delivery plans to these streams including governance and documentation. Partner and engage with stakeholders and the value chain to coordinate execution, keeping cross functional teams accountable and leaning in as appropriate. Work adaptably to be attentive to evolving business priorities, ensuring this is considered when making key decisions. Create, adjust, and review robust performance metrics to measure the impact of the Colleague Strategy to identify and leverage opportunities for optimisation and general improvements. Assist in navigating ambiguity and unknowns to find solutions and remove execution barriers. What you'll bring Experience with Change/Project management for similar bodies of work. Consulting experience and demonstrable interest in the People space well regarded. Outstanding stakeholder management skills, is relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes  Well-developed communication both written and verbal, can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners. Confidence in handling ambiguity appropriately whether by seeking clarification or working with the available information and your business knowledge. Action-oriented attitude and growth mindset with the outlook that success means achieving together.
