We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with strong residential construction experience to join our construction team.
This role is available for a start in January and would suit someone that has previous residential construction experience of at least 5 years in double storey residential construction.
Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:
Be able to manage multiple site projects at one time.Maintain and share an active trade bank of site sub-contractors.Exhibit excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction (5 years minimum in double storey)Be able to work independently and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure.IT and computer competency - "OnSite Companion" experience an advantage.Having a current builder's (BP) ticket while not essential (or required for the role) would also be an advantage.Note: you must have a current driver's license; a company vehicle will be provided.
