The responsibilities of this role include.
Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules.Utilize scheduling software (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools) to create, update, and maintain project schedules.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or obstacles.Analyse schedule variances and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule performance metrics.Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise and support as needed.Assist in the development of baseline schedules for new projects.Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in scheduling techniques.Prepared to travel to site when required.Experience required: Tertiary Qualifications (Advantageous)Scheduling/Programming –preparation, setting of milestones and ensuring timely completion.What we are offering: Your will work with a supportive and highly experienced executive team.Opportunity to travel and visit various work sites across Australia and internationally.Market-competitive salary package.If this position sounds right for you, we'd love to hear from you, please apply now!
