You will ideally be an Associate level lawyer working at a leading national or top-tier firm , with an admission date in either 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022 and a background in construction, projects, infrastructure, or energy/resources.
Strong academics are required.

Your New Role
In this role, you will work closely with the co-head of the Energy Transition Group and his ambitious team including another Associate and two Attorneys in the Houston office (NY and DC also open) at one of the largest international law firms in the world.
You will advise clients on carbon capture, hydrogen, renewable fuel, and utilization and sequestration contracts.

Your responsibilities will also include advising on construction-related contracts, purchase and sale documentation, supply and offtake arrangements, as well as acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Apart from a comprehensive benefits and compensation package ($350,000 - $550,000), you will receive sponsorship and assistance to be admitted to the NY Bar.
