You will be their point of contact for questions and issues.

You have probably used tools such as Excel, Word or perhaps construction specific software to manage your day-to-day.
You are a clear communicator and are comfortable working with both people working on the front line and senior management to understand what they need from a product.
Other people probably come to you when they need help with using software.As a candidate, you should have:Mastery: Understanding of construction management practices.
You've worked in a project/construction management style role and have first-hand experience of using software on construction projects.Communication: A confident and clear communicator.
