19/12/2024 Full Time, 12-month fixed term opportunity, Wollongong location Flexible work arrangements with additional paid leave over Christmas $89,152 plus super & salary sacrifice About the role We are looking for a Program Support Officer to play a key role in supporting our Australian GP Training (AGPT) Program in the Wollongong region.
In this role, you will manage administrative duties, coordinate events, and maintain program data to ensure the smooth delivery of GP training.
Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader , you'll collaborate closely with Training Coordinators, Medical Educators, and other stakeholders to help drive program excellence.
This role involves occasional travel and may require work outside standard office hours.
As a Program Support Officer , you'll: coordinate administrative tasks, including registrar learning plans, training documentation, and program data management organise and deliver workshops, education days, and assessment activities, including logistics, materials, and event support provide responsive support to registrars, supervisors, and practice managers, addressing queries and ensuring high-quality service assist in accreditation processes, cultural competency initiatives, and continuous improvement of workflows and procedures Skills & Experience Proven experience in administration and event coordination.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
