Shearwall is seeking a progressive, dynamic and hard-working individual who is passionate about the construction industry and keen to learn. 
To take advantage of this opportunity it is essential that you have completed a Degree in Construction/Project Management or similar.
You will be provided direct training, to allow you to develop within your career.
You will work closely with our operations team where you will be involved in the design, site operations and logistics, procurement, job costing and preparation and submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the management and delivery of projects within time and budget.Procuring, ordering and monitoring of construction materialsUndertake quality checks and site audits ensuring building works are to codeReading and interpreting plans and technical specificationsPerform quantity take-offs and estimating including preparation of quotationsUpdating project documentation as requiredOn-boarding and assisting with WHS complianceLiaising with clients and external consultants Collaborate with team to produce tender documentationSkills Required:  Must possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsAbility to read and understand both structural and architectural drawingsCan create & use spreadsheets proficientlyHigh level of proficiency in the use of various software systemsHave effective time management and prioritisation skills with a focus on attention to detailWillingness to learn and take instructionRelevant practical experience beneficial but not requiredThis is an exceptional opportunity for a person to obtain a unique head start in their career with an organisation which is dedicated to your development and success.
