Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description Summary: As a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll support our Project & Development Services team in delivering commercial projects within the property and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing, compiling, and assessing construction tender documentation, including the awarding process.Creating subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules for construction projects.Assisting with progress claims and managing external variations.Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing construction subcontracts.Managing and monitoring project expenses, including subcontractor claims.Handling RFIs in collaboration with clients, architects, and consultants.Overseeing the administration of the project's HSE system.What We're Looking For: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Client-Side Project Management or with a Head Contractor in Australia.
Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.Tertiary qualifications in Project and/or Construction Management are preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with the QLD construction market and its subcontractors.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Experience with Procore is a plus.Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
