This established firm is looking for a Construction Manager to lead a team of Building Supervisors.Role Overview:Key responsibilities include:Providing support and feedback to SupervisorsEngaging with clients to ensure satisfactionMonitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are metMaintaining quality standards throughout projectsOverseeing daily operations, including trades, suppliers, and paperworkSupervising the display centreCoordinating and managing tradespeopleFostering relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsExperience:To excel in this role, you should have a background as a Construction Manager or as a Senior Residential Supervisor within the Queensland residential building sector, ideally with over 8 years of experience.
