This is a critical role that will involve overseeing all pre-construction elements of major development projects.

The Role:Our client is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate a team of skilled professionals to execute new business wins and prepare for the full construction phase. This is a critical role that will involve overseeing all pre-construction elements of major development projects.
Duties will include:Working closely with the design team – project design and reviewsProject FeasibilityLiaison with external consultants, authorities, and cost teamsProject management planningRisk managementOH/S reportingCost planning and financial reportingTender evaluationProject reportingOverall management of the teamMinimum Requirements:Related Industry qualification within the Property and Construction industry (Construction Management or Engineering equivalent)Proven experience in the end-to-end construction and property sectors, ideally in a similar role over 3-5 years.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail, demonstrating quality and outcome focusWell-organised with the ability to work across and deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritiesA strong understanding of the Australian construction industry, working through complex design and engineering solutions.Good presentation and professionalism with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executivesYou will be a forward thinker and planner, who assesses your performance.On Offer:Joining our clients means you will receive a salary package that matches your expertise.
