About the Role: NES Fircroft have partnered with a growing Civil Construction company who are looking for a Construction Manager to come on board and lead project activities while fostering a safe, customer-focused, and innovative culture.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of diverse construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
Key Requirements: Proven Leadership and Management ExperienceAt least 10+ years of Project/Contract Management experience and 4+ years in Construction Management or as a Project Director.Tertiary QualificationRelevant qualifications in Business, Engineering, Commerce, HSE, or Construction Management.Safety and Compliance ExpertiseStrong knowledge of HSE practices, safety frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Commercial and Financial AcumenDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency across projects.Stakeholder Management and Communication SkillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Apply now and become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional results.
