Responsibilities
In this position, you will report to the State Manager and oversee all project delivery in Victoria. You will be responsible for managing set budgets and programs, preparing and presenting monthly construction reports to the executive team, and managing the recruitment process for delivery teams. You will ensure all company policies relating to OH&S, Quality Assurance, and site procedures are adhered to. You will work closely with the national executive team on company strategy and execution across project delivery.
About You
You will ideally have worked in both the residential and commercial sectors in your career. You must have strong commercial and financial acumen and be able to report back to senior executives. You must have a proven track record of developing new systems and processes across the project delivery phase and be able to drive successful change. It is essential that you can manage a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple divisions in the organization.
