About the role We are seeking to engage an experienced Construction Manager to join our expanding Western Australia business unit. You will be responsible for supporting the development of project plans, budgets, resources, and management plans to ensure the effective planning and execution of Zinfra contract work.
This key role provides leadership and direction to supervisors and crews consisting of employees and contractors in the efficient delivery of allocated programs of work within time and cost budgets while managing risks to ensure total asset performance and safety objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities include: Managing internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers utilizing Zinfra Group's processes and procedures, ensuring project personnel including contractors are suitably qualified and experienced and perform efficiently within the scope of the project.Coaching and supporting the team whilst managing quality of work, productivity, utilization, and HSE requirements, ensuring timely resolution of team issues in conjunction with the site supervisor and prompt escalation to the Delivery Manager where required.Providing accurate forecasting of program resource requirements.Monitoring and managing the program of work to budgeted operating costs.Determining appropriate delivery resources and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the work programs in conjunction with the Field & Planning Coordinator.Ensuring the execution of program work plans and implementing revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Managing schedule, budget, and program risk on-site.About You To be successful in this role you will bring experience working on mine sites delivering complex green and brownfield HV projects in remote locations.
