Construction Labourer

Commercial construction labourers required for multiple sites around the ACT Your new company Our client has immediate labour requirements on various construction sites throughout the Canberra region. You will be working partly under the principal builders and the subcontractors across these various sites. Your new role On this construction site, manual handling and physically demanding work will contain these tasks: Moving materials Assisting trades Spotting for machinery Rubbish removal General labouring Reporting to the site supervisor Unloading trucks Manual Handling Collaborating with other team members What you'll need to succeed Our clients are looking for reliable, punctual and eager individuals on their job sites. You will need to be a motivated worker available for work and have the ability to get to work daily. It is essential to have previous experience in the construction industry to be successful in this role. Asbestos Awareness Crystalline Silica Exposure Awareness White Card Any other tickets related to the construction industry are highly desirable What you'll get in return You will get the opportunity to learn from and assist this incredibly skilled team, gaining experience along the way. Ongoing work with the opportunity for permanent placement. Above award wages are paid weekly. Between $33 – 38 per hour Super and penalty rates.
