YOUR ROLE As a KEY member of this winning Disputes/Litigation team (being led and mentored by internationally recognized award-winning litigation partners), representing blue-chip clients particularly in the energy, resources and infrastructure/construction sectors, you will love using a full-spectrum of traditional and non-traditional dispute resolution strategies to deliver creative, commercially practical and cost efficient solutions.
You will be acting on significant/complex disputes, including:
Major projects disputes (eg design and construction of mines, oil & gas drilling, exploration, processing facilities, pipelines, materials handling plant, railways, civil works, offloading jetties and commercial/retail developments); Engineering/architectural/project management disputes; Pricing/royalties disputes; Construction/JV/supply/commercial contractual disputes; Shareholder/director disputes. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted solicitor with 3-10+ years PAE LITIGATION experience in CONSTRUCTION/PROJECTS/INFRASTRUCTURE/COMMERCIAL disputes with a 1st/2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm; Have strong advocacy/negotiation skills + a strong commercial acumen + are a proven 'strategic' thinker; Have a proven ability to manage client relationships; Are ambitious and want to be the best lawyer and holistic person you can be + are hungry to learn from + be inspired by 1st-class mentors + colleagues; Are committed for the LONG-TERM with a proven Employer of Choice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
