Minimum of 5 years Estimating experience and the ability to estimate for projects up to $5m Strong computer literacy Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal Demonstrated negotiation & analytical skills Ability to work in changing work environments Strong time management & organisational skills Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders Honest nature, positive attitude & sound work ethic Current & valid motor vehicle licence Please note: The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and criminal background check where required.
