The Job As a Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the presite & onsite construction portfolio and handover process Managing and preparing building contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Coordinating and updating colour schedules to meet client preferences and project requirements Collaborating with consultants and authorities to gather necessary documents and reports for construction projects, such as working drawings, soil reports, and energy reports Requesting and obtaining all required permits for construction Supporting the Estimators and Supervisors by preparing packs and providing assistance as needed Ensuring effective client communication and liaison throughout the project life cycle, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on progress Managing the installation of onsite gas lines & gas meters, raising building variations & amending relevant paperwork PCI handover duties, managing and preparing settlement packs About You 1+ years' experience in Residential Construction in a similar role is highly regarded Strong administrative and multitasking skills are a must Ability to confidently follow-up on documentation and liaise with stakeholders You are a team player and enjoy a fun, friendly and supportive environment Your goal is to grow within a company and stay on for the journey as they continue achieving Permanent working rights To Apply If this sounds like the perfect opportunity you have been waiting for, please click 'apply now' and send your details to Alisa at
