You will lead a team on a $100m project close to Brooklyn, focusing on electrical and mechanical services. Large-scale commercial experience is essential.
This role has been established due to organic growth, with further projects in the pipeline. As the business expands in the commercial construction, data centre, and medical sectors, there is a pathway for you to develop into a senior position within the company.
The salary on offer is up to $240K plus super, depending on your experience. You could be a Senior Contracts Administrator looking to step up or a Contracts or Commercial Manager seeking a new challenge.
Your experience is key for consideration. Stable head contractor commercial and contracts experience on technical projects or similar is essential.
