Through training and education Connor will provide the tools to help create what we hope is a successful retail career for YOU.About You:Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?Proven experience in training and coaching team members.A history of exceeding set goals and KPI's and driving budgets and targetsAbility to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.
