About You:
· Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail
· Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members
· Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
· Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
· Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
· Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
