Connor is looking for driven, ambitious and mature minded Area Manager that want to grow into a successful leader in our business. Through training and education Connor will provide the tools to help create what we hope is a successful retail career for YOU.
Ideally you will have: 2 – 3 years experience managing up to 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports Planning and organisational skills Training and development skills The ability to set clear direction and follow up In return, Connor will offer you: A competitive salary package - with OTE $95K PLUS Opportunities for career advancement and development An amazing company culture where our people are our focus One on one coaching and mentoring from your line manager Generous team discount Area will be from North Sydney, Northern Beaches to the Central Coast, NSW.
