We celebrate success and have fun while working hard." What you'll be doing We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual with a passion for event management.
This opportunity is for a confident and proactive individual who is able to manage multiple events and stakeholders (both internal and external) at the one time, with a high degree of care and detail.
Key responsibilities will include:  •    Organise and manage key industry conferences and events throughout the year, including budget management, liaising with various departments and external agencies, developing marketing collateral, ordering merchandise, working on booth design and the overall event activation.
•    Attend all of these events (wherever possible, at locations across the country) and ensure we have high quality assets to use for social media and follow-up communications.
•    Manage the lead generation activity for all relevant events via our HubSpot marketing automation platform, with the support of an external agency.
•    Report on the success of conferences and events for the monthly and quarterly marketing reports, including contacts made & marketing qualified leads.
•    Assist with organizing and managing internal staff events at home base office location.
Work Condition: Location - Preferably Melbourne.
Open for other loactions - Brisbane, Canberra & Sydney.
What will make you successful in this role?
•    Marketing-related degree (ideally with some digital marketing training)  •    3-5 years' experience in a marketing and events role with key skills in:  o    Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage time and priorities.
o    Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
o    Social media and email marketing experience.
o    Results orientated with some experience reporting on marketing execution.
o    Experience using HubSpot (or similar) and website content management systems (eg WordPress)  •    Self-starter and a strong team player  •    Great connector of people, able to build rapport and relationships easily •    Naturally strong in planning and project management   •    Highly literate, strong verbal and written communicator How to apply  Careers | Atturra https://atturra.com/au-en/careers Recruitment Agencies/Headhunters: We got this covered.
