We are seeking a dynamic and organized Conference Liaison Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of high-profile conferences and events.
This role involves working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and attendees to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for conference participants, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
Assist in coordinating schedules, meeting logistics.
Communicate conference details, timelines, and requirements to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all logistical needs are met.
Help resolve any issues that arise during the event, providing prompt and efficient solutions.
Qualifications: Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations.
Able to work on 28, 29, 30 October 2024 Benefits: Competitive hourly rate.
