As a key member of our events team, you'll handle a variety of business and social event inquiries, working with both local and international clients. Your role will focus on providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth planning and execution of all hotel events.If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of creating unforgettable experiences, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesProviding daily administrative support to clients and internal teamsHandling email and phone inquiries promptlyAssisting with the preparation and processing of event paperworkManaging the preparation and processing of Banquet Event Orders and all corresponding paperworkCollaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless conference/event execution and coordination with F&B outletsMaintaining detailed records and diary managementConducting thorough post-event follow-ups with clientsCoordinating with event suppliers and third-party vendors as neededQualifications / Skills / ExperienceWe're looking for what sets you apart and how you can elevate our business.
