The Role  We have an exciting new opportunity at Lilianfels Resort & Spa. As our new Conference & Events Coordinator, you will be an integral part of delivering our tailored experiences to our guests.
About Lilianfels Located in the heart of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park and just a 90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD is Lilianfels Resort & Spa.
Set amidst two acres of manicured gardens adjacent to Echo Point, this 5-star resort boasts 85 rooms, multiple food and beverage offerings, a 13-metre heated outdoor infinity pool and a 10-metre indoor pool, sauna and spa. 
About Salter Brothers Hospitality Salter Brothers Hospitality currently operates 16 retreat hotels and estates; more than 20 restaurant and bars; 8 Spa Anise spas and other wellness facilities; and Spicers Scenic Rim Trail, one of the largest ecotourism ventures in Queensland with 38 rooms over five campsites. There are plans for considerable growth in the near future. 
Here's what you'll do Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;Oversee our conferencing and events for the Hotel; hosting site visits, preparing event orders, reviewing contract proposals and coordinating a successful event that our guests will love; All administrative elements of events such as preparation of event orders, run sheets, payment and account settlement; Knowledge of social media platforms; Connect with clients in the lead up to, during and following their event; Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth delivery of events. This is how you'll know you're right for this role Proven experience in event planning and coordination, particularly within the luxury hospitality sector (essential);Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the finesse to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners;Creative flair and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences;Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.To apply online, please click on the apply button.
