Full time ongoing roleNewly created roleCollaborative team environmentRole Overview: The Conduct and Integrity Case Manager is a critical role ensuring that UNSW College meets its duty of care obligations to students and staff, along with all legislative requirements in managing complaints, all types of misconduct allegations, and appeals of outcomes under the College's appeals framework.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Ensure a sound understanding of, and ability to apply policies and procedures related to complaints, appeals, and allegations of both academic and non-academic misconduct for UNSW College.Start-to-finish case management of complaints, appeals, and allegations of misconduct, ensuring that any recommended outcomes are implemented in a timely manner.Ensure that eligible disclosers and/or alleged victims are provided with appropriate institutional wide support, are connected with relevant external support services, are made to feel safe at UNSW College, and do not suffer detrimental action in reprisal for raising their concerns, making an allegation or report.What we're looking for include (but not limited to): A relevant tertiary qualification and substantial experience in case management of complex misconduct and/or complaints matters.Experience working in complex organisations such as tertiary sector, public service, or large corporate organisations would be ideal.Detailed knowledge of procedural fairness, code of conduct, policies and procedures relating to complaints and allegations of misconduct.Some of our Benefits: Fitness Passport – heavily discounted gym memberships.Salary packaging options.3 gifted days of (paid) leave for end of year called 'University Holiday'.Employees can access 50% tuition fees discount at UNSW Sydney (conditions apply).How to Apply: Interested candidates should provide the following to be considered for this position:
