About the role The Wear Surface Management team specialise in providing wear surface solutions and condition monitoring to mining projects, mineral processing operations and manufacturing industries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the Mining Industry across many areas of site. This is a rare, full-time position based out of Perth. Site travel is based on shutdown maintenance schedules. 
Reporting to the WA Facility and Site Services Manager you will be responsible for providing support to fixed plant infrastructure teams across the Pilbara, Port's and regional projects in WA. You will be trained by experienced team members, to assist with contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our Wear Surface Management team. 
Key responsibilities: FIFO from Perth Attend regular shutdowns across WA Fixed plant equipment inspections and reporting Wear rate measurement and analysis Condition monitoring Manage and oversee inventory for customers Prepare reports on inspections and installations Maintain and build on the reputation of Imatech as a trusted advisor to customers Skills & Experience: Current mining/shutdown work experience highly regarded Condition Monitoring experience highly regarded Fitter, Mechanicor Boilermaker background is desirable A strong, proven commitment to safety and excellent communication skills across all levels Competent computer skills i.e.,Excel, Word and Outlook EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space desirable Why Join Imatech?
