Based on your location, this role may have the flexibility to be based at other Holcim Concrete plants on the Northern Rivers.As a Production Supervisor, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running.
Duties and responsibilities will include:Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times.Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes.Allocating and assigning loads to drivers.Stock management and coordination of deliveries.Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance.Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation.Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products.Full driver's license and reliable vehicle.About you:Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture.Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and results-focused.Have effective communication skills and work under pressure.Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position.Driver's license and own transport is essential with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage.Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.As part of a global company, Holcim offers long-term career paths along with a variety of training and development opportunities.
