Within Consumer Protection, the Conciliation and Trader Intervention Branch undertakes activities to help businesses and consumers resolve disputes.
As a Conciliation Coordinator, you will organise the resources and work of the conciliation team. They are a diverse, energetic and enthusiastic group of Conciliators working together to achieve great outcomes for Western Australia.
The role:
Leading a conciliation team by overseeing dispute resolution activities. Identifying emerging trends and issues. Assisting in the development and maintenance of systems and procedures. Providing accurate advice to customer enquiries relating to Consumer Protections regulated industries. About us:
